Depending on company size and scope, it takes between 3 and 8 weeks. Quick assessments for an initial overview can be completed within 2 weeks.
What does the assessment cost?
The investment depends on the scope and size of your organisation. An initial, obligation-free needs assessment discussion is always possible at no cost.
Is the assessment stand-alone or only available as part of the consulting service?
Both options are possible. The assessment can be used as a diagnostic phase for use case identification, or as a stand-alone module if you simply want clarity regarding your organisation’s AI maturity.
Do we need to have an existing cloud infrastructure?
No. The assessment evaluates your current state regardless of your technology stack. We work with cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
