SPIE Switzerland appoints Philipp Tschudi as Human Resources Director

SPIE Switzerland announces the appointment of Philipp Tschudi to the position of Human Resources Director. Reporting to Pierre Savoy, Chief Executive Officer of SPIE Switzerland, he is a member of the Executive Committee.

Succeeding Korinna Meylan, Philipp Tschudi was appointed on 1st October 2023. In his new role, Philipp Tschudi is responsible for human resources across the 3 operational divisions of SPIE Switzerland: ICS (Information & Communication Services), MTS (Multi-Technical Services) and IFS (Integral Facility Services). As Human Resources Director and member of the Executive Committee, Philipp Tschudi will focus in particular on promoting the "ONE SPIE" concept. The "ONE SPIE Spirit" is a unifying concept that defines the company's collective values, regardless of location, department or function. It embodies shared values, encouraging diversity, inclusion, sustainability and ethical behaviour.

Having obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political and Social Sciences from the University of Lausanne, Philipp Tschudi began his career in 2014 at Careerplus in Basel as a recruiter. In addition to building specialist teams in human resources and industry, he also gained his first management experience as a team leader. In 2017, he joined Liebherr Machines Bulle SA as an HR Business Partner, where he took on management responsibility from 2020, becoming Human Resources Director in 2021.
