Electrical Installation for a State-of-the-Art Medical Center

Housed in a modern, functional building, this medical center was specifically designed to accommodate local general and specialized medical practices. Featuring Minergie certification, the building incorporates advanced energy-efficiency technologies. Its contemporary architecture blends seamlessly into the urban landscape while meeting the strictest sustainability standards.
Our Contribution
Commissioned by Bona Architecture et Design Sàrl, SPIE MTS made a significant contribution to the installation of the building's electrical and technical systems. The services provided include:
- High- and low-voltage electrical installation
- Electrical distribution boards
- Lighting and emergency lighting
- Fire detection and smoke extraction
- TV installation, IT network, and video surveillance
- Ambient sound system
- HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning)
- Radiology installation
- Intercom, access control, and KNX home automation
These installations were designed to ensure the safety, performance, and comfort essential to a medical center of this scale.
Challenges and Issues
One of the major challenges of this project was the integration of complex technical systems while ensuring compliance with strict medical standards. In addition, the building's energy efficiency, certified Minergie, required a highly specialized approach to electrical installation and systems management. Our teams were able to deploy their expertise to guarantee high-performance installations tailored to the specific needs of the medical center.
