Construction of a Condominium Residential Building in Gland

Project Description

SPIE MTS, commissioned by SWISSROC, is actively contributing to the construction of a 14-unit condominium (PPE) residential building in the municipality of Gland. This project is carried out in close collaboration with the PPE sales team and the design office, allowing meetings to be organized with the future owners for the development of execution plans in line with their expectations. This enables us to offer tailor-made technical solutions adapted to each request.

Our Contribution

As part of this project, SPIE MTS took charge of the following aspects:

• High- and low-voltage electrical installation in the apartments
• Wiring of the heating and ventilation systems
• Installation of lighting fixtures and equipment in common areas, including stairwells, cellars, and the parking garage

Thanks to the expertise gained on other condominium building projects, our teams were able to deploy their know-how to ensure the quality and functionality of this project.

Challenges and Issues

One of the main challenges of this project was meeting the owners' specific expectations regarding the customization of spaces, while respecting the deadlines and technical constraints inherent to a residential project of this scale. SPIE MTS successfully combined expertise and flexibility to deliver a building that meets high standards of quality, comfort, and safety.
