SPIE MTS actively participated in the construction of Borgeaud 45, in Gland, a building comprising 14 units under condominium ownership. Commissioned by SWISSROC, SPIE MTS contributed its technical expertise to this residential project, offering customized electrical solutions tailored to the expectations of future owners.
The challenge
The main challenge of this project lay in closely coordinating the individual expectations of future owners with the technical requirements of a collective building
construction site.
The task involved customising the electrical installations of each apartment while adhering to a common execution framework, defined deadlines, and strict budgetary requirements.
SPIE MTS had to organise the necessary meetings to establish the execution plans before construction started, incorporating each buyer’s specific requests. Collaboration between the condominium sales team, the design office, and the onsite teams was decisive for successfully meeting this challenge.
The project
The project involved the complete execution of electrical installations for a new building comprising 14 condominium units. SPIE MTS was commissioned for its expertise in residential condominium projects and its ability to manage technical interfaces between the various trades while meeting the customized requirements of the owners.es.
