Christophe Francey, Managing Director of SPIE ICS, focuses on client centricity and national unity.

Since January 2025, he has been leading SPIE ICS AG as Managing Director Switzerland. In an interview with IT-Markt, he outlines his vision for how the company can unlock its full potential.

He emphasises the importance of a unified, nationwide approach in order to meet the growing demands of clients. In this regard, he sees the agility and national coverage of SPIE ICS as strategic advantages. His goal is to embed client focus at every level of the organisation – from management through to operational teams.

With over 20 years of experience in the ICT industry and a career spanning technical positions through to leadership roles, he brings with him a wealth of expertise. He views his new role as a natural progression within a company that actively encourages internal mobility.
