CEO - Chief Executive Officer
The qualified electrical engineer was born in Geneva and has lived in Zurich for more than 30 years. He graduated from the University of Applied Sciences in Geneva and also holds a number of degrees in business administration for managers, including as an alumnus of Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and the IESE Business School of the University of Navarra. His career has taken him from ABB, Contraves, Siemens, ISS and Swissgrid.
Since January 2016 he has been CEO of all SPIE Group businesses in Switzerland
CFO - Chief Financial Officer
Edgar Lehrmann completed his business administration studies in Munich and worked for seven years at A.T. Kearney as a consultant for industry and banks. At Atel he took over Credit and Business Risk Management and was responsible for setting up a Shared Service Center for the Group's most important operational finance and support functions in the Czech Republic.
Most recently, he worked for Alpiq as Head of Group Accounting & Controlling and Deputy CFO, where he also played a key role in the development of strategic projects to reposition the Group.

Managing Director SPIE ICS Region East
After completing studies in control and regulating technology at HTL Winterthur, Juraj Kis (born 1967) spent ten years working as a software developer in industry. A bachelor’s degree in software engineering and a switch to Alcatel brought him into the telecoms sector in 1998, followed by several years with Siemens and Nokia Siemens Networks.
In 2008, Juraj Kis switched to Juniper Networks, where he held numerous positions and spent the last years as Country Manager for Switzerland and Austria. In addition to bachelor’s degrees in electrical engineering, software engineering and economics, Juraj Kis also holds an MBA from The University of St. Gallen (HSG).
Since January 2018 he has been Managing Director of Region East.
Managing Director SPIE ICS Region Central
Stefan Schläfli started his career during his studies as electrical engineer FH at Ascom in the field of telematics as project manager in the network environment. In 1998 he took over responsibility for Professional Service Voice and Data Switzerland and became a member of the Executive Board of Ascom Enterprise Networks Switzerland.
In 2006 he completed his Executive MBA and moved to the sales department at connectis as Director Sales Central. In this function, Stefan Schläfli also ensured the seamless transition to SPIE ICS AG and, as Managing Director, is now responsible for the success of the Central Region since August 2018.
Managing Director SPIE ICS Region West
Luis Becerra’s career began at Technicom SA, a CAD software development start-up. He then went on to manage the information systems department at Martigny Regional Hospital, holding this post for several years. From 2000 to 2006 he was an international projects director in the pharmaceutical industry, at Novartis Corp., and completed his academic studies in 2004 by gaining a Master’s degree in information strategy in New York.
In 2006 he joined Veltigroup, where, for around 10 years, he held a succession of key posts. From June 2016, in the wake of Veltigroup’s incorporation into Swisscom Enterprise, he mentored commercial clients implementing digital initiatives.
Since August 2018 he has been Managing Director of Region West.
Managing Director SPIE MTS SA
Roberto Patera began his career as a project leader at Paul Vaucher SA, after having graduated as an engineer from the Universities of Applied Sciences and Arts (Hautes écoles spécialisées, HES). Four years later, he joined TSA Solutions & Services (Cegelec Group).
In 2010, he moved to Alpiq Intec Suisse, where he initially served as a sales engineer before holding the positions of Head of Sales, Head of the Electrotechnical Operational Unit, Executive Deputy and, most recently, Regional Director.
He joined SPIE in Mai 2018 as Managing Director of SPIE MTS.
Managing Director SPIE E-Mobility
Peter Arnet worked for almost 15 years in sales, including at Axair Kobra and Walter Meier. He then became Head of Purchasing for the Alpiq InTec Group, where he restructured strategic purchasing. In 2011, he initiated the founding of Alpiq E-Mobility AG and leaded it until 2018. Peter Arnet is also co-founder of the Swiss eMobility association.
Since January 2019 he is Managing Director of the E-Mobility division of SPIE Switzerland.
As a recognised European specialist in electromobility, Peter Arnet also participates in the work of the E-Mobility Committee of the SPIE Group.
Director Service Operation
After completing his electronics engineering degree in Yverdon, Michel Hefti worked in business as a Windows application developer and product manager. After joining Ascom in 1998, his career took him from System Engineer Contact Center to departmental manager.
Hefti, who is certified as an IPMA Senior Project Manager, and his team offer the best possible customer support. From the start of January 2014, he was the Director Service Center before taking on the role of Director Service Operations in the same department in January 2017.
Director Human Resources
The federally certified HR specialist with a postgraduate degree in business administration has been responsible as HR Director for all SPIE companies in Switzerland since October 2017.
Korinna Meylan brings over 20 years of HR experience in senior positions and as a member of senior management in various industries. This includes such companies as cablex, Karton Deisswil, Galenica and ascom.
Director Marketing Communications
The certified communications manager has known SPIE since it launched in the Swiss ICT market. His career took him from a marketing specialist at Ascom and Business Sunrise to Head of Marketing Communications when connectis AG was founded in 2008. In this role he accompanied the merger with Getronics and the takeover by SPIE.
At SPIE ICS in 2014 he took on the role of Director Marketing Communications and has been responsible for the overall public appearance of SPIE Schweiz AG since mid-2016.
