As a signatory of the global compact initiative created by the UN, SPIE is actively committed to contribute to the protection of the environment and of individuals.
Our CSR (corporate social responsibility) policy is in line with our values - proximity, performance, responsibility - and is organized around the following four pillars:
To provide services that meet our clients' expectations, we rely on certifications based on international ISO standards.
We are regularly audited by the Swiss Safety Center in order to improve our management systems.
Since 2010, our sustainability performance has been assessed by the Ecovadis agency.
Our CSR policy has been evaluated on four different axes: ethics, responsible purchasing, the environment, and our social dimension.
By obtaining Gold status, SPIE is in the top 1% of the most ethical companies in terms of CSR according to Ecovadis.
The Green Share represents the proportion of our revenues dedicated to activities that contribute to climate change mitigation. We are one of the first listed European companies to publish this indicator.
The health and safety of our employees is our priority. Our aim is to limit the rate of accidents and injuries associated with our activities.
To achieve our goal of reducing carbon emissions by 25% by 2025, we are committed to reduce the energy consumption of our infrastructure and our fleet year by year.
GREEN ENERGY CONSUMPTION
Our sites are largely powered by green electricity. By 2025, our goal is to rely solely on green energy for all our sites.
In line with our carbon reduction objective, we are committed to increasing the energy efficiency of our fleet. The use of low emission vehicles and the reduction of our fuel consumption are priorities in this area.
Our suppliers are key partners in reducing our carbon emissions. We are committed to evaluate our suppliers on their CSR performance.
We work with our suppliers to reduce our footprint: several carbon offsetting and recycling programs have been set up. Through our logistics partners, we also contribute to reforestation.
