1. Organizer
The organizer of the raffle is SPIE ICS AG, Alte Winterthurerstrasse 14B, 8304 Wallisellen
2. Eligibility
Only companies with their registered office in Switzerland, represented by employees acting on behalf of their participating company, are eligible to participate. Employees of the organizer and their relatives are excluded.
3. Participation
A company’s participation in the raffle takes place through an authorized employee by completing the contact form at www.spie.ch/win (raffle page) and providing the following personal data: first name, last name, business email address, and company affiliation.
Submitting the contact form by multiple employees from the same company does not increase the company's chances of winning.
4. Period
The raffle runs from 17 June 2026, 00:59 h, to 24 June 2026, 23:59 h (deadline for participation). Entries received after the deadline will not be considered.
5. Prize
Among all valid participating companies, the following prize worth up to CHF 20,000 will be raffled:
1 x Cryptographic inventory scan conducted by SPIE ICS AG in collaboration with QIZ Security (www.qizsecurity.com).
With the Cryptographic Inventory Scan from SPIE ICS in collaboration with QIZ Security, you get a complete overview of all cryptographic methods, certificates, and keys used in your IT environment. The automated scan detects outdated or insecure cryptographic implementations and vulnerabilities and helps you to manage security risks and compliance requirements professionally.
Conditions for performing the cryptographic inventory scan: Limited to a maximum of 10,000 IP addresses located exclusively in Switzerland. The cryptogsraphic inventory scan must be carried out in the year 2026.
A cash payment or transfer of the prize to third parties is excluded.
6. Winner
The winner is the company drawn at random, represented by the employee who participated in the raffle on behalf of the company.
The winner, represented by the authorized employee, will be notified in writing of the prize by an employee of SPIE ICS AG (or an affiliated company) after the end of the raffle period.
If the company is represented by multiple employees who have completed the contact form, the winner notification will be sent to the employee who submitted the contact form first. If this employee cannot be contacted, the next registered employee will be notified.
If the winner does not claim the prize within the year 2026 after being notified by SPIE ICS AG (or an affiliated company), the prize will be forfeited.
7. Data Protection
The personal data collected as part of the raffle (first name, last name, business email address, and company) will be processed by the organizer solely for the purpose of conducting the raffle (especially for participant management, conducting the draw, and notifying the winner). To the extent permitted by law, the data may also be used for the organizer's marketing purposes in connection with its services. Participants may object to such use at any time. 8. Legal Recourse
Legal recourse is excluded. No correspondence will be conducted regarding the raffle.
9. Liability
The organizer is not liable, to the extent permitted by law, for damages arising in connection with participation in the raffle or the use of the prize, unless such damages are caused by the organizer’s intentional or grossly negligent conduct. In particular, the organizer accepts no liability for technical malfunctions, failures of communication networks, errors in data transmission, or other technical problems that may affect participation in the raffle.
10. Miscellaneous
By participating in the raffle, participants accept these terms and conditions. The organizer reserves the right to adjust, suspend or terminate the raffle at any time for important reasons. Important reasons include, in particular, technical problems, abuse, legal reasons, or if the proper conduct of the raffle can no longer be guaranteed. Claims already made by participants remain unaffected, insofar as this is legally required.
