At this year's Cisco Switzerland Partner Award event on October 21, 2019 in Birrhard, Cisco has again awarded various awards to successful partners.
Our healthy balance between short-term and multi-year direction, which is essential for sustainable success in global customer relationships, has borne fruit. We achieved good growth in the Global Enterprise Accounts customer segment, won projects and consolidated our market position with a good perspective for the financial year 2020. Close contact with customers and Cisco in combination with a passionate motivation to realize new projects laid the foundation for the award "Global Accounts Partner of the Year".
Our service contract growth of 69% and our very high service-to-install rate not only demonstrates the good relationship of trust with our customers. This was also the decisive factor for Cisco to reward SPIE with the «Customer Experience Partner of the Year» award based on its above-average performance over the years.
Due to the very close cooperation with Cisco, we were able to focus even more on the service business. The result of these efforts is reflected in the consistently high level of customer satisfaction over the years.
