PIERRE SAVOY

CEO - Chief Executive Officer

Career history
The qualified electrical engineer was born in Geneva and has lived in Zurich for more than 30 years. He graduated from the University of Applied Sciences in Geneva and also holds a number of degrees in business administration for managers, including as an alumnus of Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and the IESE Business School of the University of Navarra. His career has taken him from ABB, Contraves, Siemens, ISS and Swissgrid.

Since January 2016 he has been CEO of all SPIE Group businesses in Switzerland

EDGAR LEHRMANN

CFO - Chief Financial Officer

Career history
Edgar Lehrmann completed his business administration studies in Munich and worked for seven years at A.T. Kearney as a consultant for industry and banks. At Atel he took over Credit and Business Risk Management and was responsible for setting up a Shared Service Center for the Group's most important operational finance and support functions in the Czech Republic.

Most recently, he worked for Alpiq as Head of Group Accounting & Controlling and Deputy CFO, where he also played a key role in the development of strategic projects to reposition the Group.

Edgar Lehrmann has been appointed CFO of SPIE Switzerland in October 2019

Stefan Schläfli

Managing Director SPIE ICS Deutschschweiz

Career history
Stefan Schläfli started his career during his studies as electrical engineer FH at Ascom in the field of telematics as project manager in the network environment. In 1998 he took over responsibility for Professional Service Voice and Data Switzerland and became a member of the Executive Board of Ascom Enterprise Networks Switzerland.

In 2006 he completed his Executive MBA and moved to the sales department at connectis as Director Sales Central. In this function, Stefan Schläfli also ensured the seamless transition to SPIE ICS AG and, as Managing Director, is now responsible for the success of the Central Region since August 2018 and assumed responsibility for Professional Services & Operations as of January 2023. As of January 2023, he assumed overall management for SPIE ICS German-speaking Switzerland.

Christophe Francey

Managing Director SPIE ICS Romandie

Career:
After graduating as a telecommunications engineer HES-SO from the Fribourg University of Applied Sciences, Christophe Francey started his career in 2006 at the IT security company accessible sarl as a network and security engineer. In 2008, he joined ConnectCom Network SA and its sister companies to perform the role of Head of Technical Development. In 2012, he moved to telecom provider UPC Business and took on the role of presales engineer and service manager for large companies in French-speaking Switzerland.

His start at SPIE began in 2017 as a Solution Architect. After his education at ESSEC Business School in 2019, he took over the commercial responsibility as Director of SPIE headquarters in Lausanne. In October 2022, he assumed overall responsibility as Managing Director of Region West, which was renamed SPIE ICS Romandie in January 2023.

Nicolangelo Biondi

Director SPIE ICS Professional Services & Operations

Career history
Nicolangelo Biondi has been working for the company for more than 20 years. He started his career in 1996 in the technical field and later in the project management area within Ascom.

In 2009 he took over the responsibility as Director of the Professional Services Team East at connectis. He is holding an Executive MBA since 2013 and in 2016 he joined SPIE ICS as Director Healthcare East in the sector of the same name.

Since January 2020 Nicolangelo Biondi has been Managing Director of the East Region at SPIE ICS and assumed responsibility for Professional Services & Operations as of January 2023.

Roberto Patera

Managing Director SPIE MTS SA

Career history
Roberto Patera began his career as a project leader at Paul Vaucher SA, after having graduated as an engineer from the Universities of Applied Sciences and Arts (Hautes écoles spécialisées, HES). Four years later, he joined TSA Solutions & Services (Cegelec Group).

In 2010, he moved to Alpiq Intec Suisse, where he initially served as a sales engineer before holding the positions of Head of Sales, Head of the Electrotechnical Operational Unit, Executive Deputy and, most recently, Regional Director.

He joined SPIE in Mai 2018 as Managing Director of SPIE MTS.

Philipp Tschudi

Director Human Resources 

Career history
After completing his bachelor's degree in political and social sciences at the University of Lausanne, Philipp Tschudi started his career in 2014 at Careerplus in Basel as a recruiter. In addition to building up the specialist HR and Industry teams, he was also able to gain his first leadership experience as a team leader. In 2017, he moved to Liebherr Machines Bulle SA as HR Business Partner, where he was again able to assume leadership responsibility from 2020 and overall management as Head of Human Resources from 2021.

Philipp Tschudi has been active in the company since October 2023.
