SPIE appoints Pierre Savoy CEO of SPIE ICS and entrusts him with operational management of all SPIE subsidiaries in Switzerland

As of January 1, 2016, Pierre Savoy will join the SPIE Group and will head up all Swiss subsidiaries of Europe’s leading independent multi-technical services Group in the areas of energy and communications. SPIE will also appoint him CEO of SPIE ICS taking over from Philipp Lücke.

connectis and Softix to become SPIE ICS AG

Following the takeover of connectis AG and Softix AG by European-based SPIE Group, both ICT companies will trade under the name of SPIE ICS AG with immediate effect. SPIE, the leading independent European multi-service provider, took over connectis and Softix in August last year.

Philipp Lücke as new connectis Chief Executive Officer

Following the acquisition of connectis by the European independent leader in multi-technical services SPIE, Philipp Lücke has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Swiss systems integrator. He replaces Matthias Täubl, who is leaving the company at his own request.

The AURELIUS Group (ISIN DE000A0JK2A8) is selling the Switzerland-based ICT service provider connectis AG to the SPIE Group. Headquartered in Cergy-Pontoise, France, the SPIE Group is a leading independent European multi-service provider in the fields of electronics and information technology, mechanical engineering and building services.

Matthias Täubl appointed new CEO of connectis AG

The supervisory board has appointed Matthias Täubl as new CEO with immediate effect. The previous CEO, Tom Kleiber, is to take up new challenges in the ICT sector. Matthias Täubl has been with connectis since July 2008, most recently holding the post of delegate to the supervisory board, responsible for connectis strategic development and the integration of Getronics Switzerland.
